work visa after masters from canada

Hi
i heard that if you do a masters in canada, you get an automatic work visa for a year in canada. (some sort of incentive to do apply for universities in canada?)

in particular i was wondering how easy would the visa proces be after doing a masters from u of toronto?

also you guys know how easy is it to get work opportunities after doing a masters from u of toronto?
