Working for a company incorporated in Isle of Man

Post by aikmonaikmon » Tue Sep 04, 2007 12:14 pm

Hello,
I have got Business and Commercial Work Permit and looking to move from my current job.

I am looking to work for a company incorprated in Isle of Man but it has an office in London. Can that company employ me please?
I understand Employer must be UK based. However, does it imply that the company must be incorporated in the UK?

Much appreciated.

Sai
