Working Holiday Visa - Specialised case (In Counrty App)

Hi, I am currently coming to the end of a 2 year working holiday visa - expires December 2004. I want to apply for HSM Visa, I am a NZ CA, under 28 y/old with a degree & 4+ years work experience. I have been working through a UK ltd Co. & for the previous tax year I can show earnings of £30,000.

My questions are:
- If I have applied to Home Office for HSMV and my working holiday visa runs out am I able to stay in the UK? If not, how does it work? If so, is it possible to travel out of the UK during the waiting period?

- What proof can I use for showing income when working through a Ltd Co. I was proposing to send SA100 (UK Self assessment tax return), Dividend Certificates & P60.

My case is similar. I am switching from Work Permit to HSMP, and my current work permit expires soon.
