What if I'm currently residing in the UK on a Tier 2 Employer Sponsored Visa and I choose to go back to my native country (Canada), and my current employer wishes to continue employing me while I work remotely in Canada for the remainder of my visa term (expires next spring). Nothing regarding my contract, salary or the way I am paid would change - I would simply due my job remotely in Canada.
Would this be allowed or would it violate any visa or immigration rule and get me/my employer in trouble?
