Working outside UK while on Skilled Worker Visa

Hi there,

Earlier this year I have traveled back to my home country and worked from home for 3 months while being on skilled worker visa.
My time outside UK is never more than the 180 days limit (or the 90 days limit for the final year).
I am wondering whether that may affect my ILR application next year?
My boss knew about this but not sure if HR has been notified.

Were you working for your employer undertaking activity in your home country as part of your work role or were you essentially doing your U.K. role remotely in your home country?
