Working in Paris with Child

Hello,
I would like some information on getting work and moving with my child to Paris. I am currently earning a certificate to Teach English as a Foreign Language. I am also able to speak read and write french well and could possible work in the administrative field with my skills in English. I am hoping to get him over there for school by Fall and am wondering if it's a possibilty worth pursuing.

I am divorced and his father is having reservations of me moving there, so i need to have things be above board on all accounts to make things easier for all of us.

I would like to know about the process of immigrating there and having him in School there while I work.

Any help or direction greatly appreciated.
