Working Remotely from India under Tier 2 ICT Visa

Hi,

I am working in UK under Tier 2 ICT Visa. Because of a medical emergency at my home back in India, I have to work from home (WFH) for a couple of months. My employer is ready to allow me to work remotely subject to Visa rules.
Can someone please clarify if I am allowed to work remotely for 2 months under Tier 2 ICT Visa?
What is the maximum number of days I am allowed to work outside UK in a year?

If possible, please share the relevant information links.
