dear sorry to hear that,

you cannot apply ILR if you don't have consistent payslips for last five years. it means you have to leave this country and apply what ever visa from back home as student.

Your only option would be to go back to your home country and try the student route...

Thanks for your reply.
I tack your suggeation and send my partner for student visa and she got Uk student visa for 2 year.
Now , I need to go my home country and change my status W.P to student depandent.
Now, My query is that.
can I change my status from uk ( W.P TO STUDENT DEPANDENT ) ?
DURING IN THIS APPLICATION I NEED TO SHOW ANY EVIDANCE ABOUT MY W.P DOCUMENT ?
