Workpermit transfer

I have worked in UK for 1 yr on workpermit.I have a valid workpermit till 2007.
Are there any companies who would be ready transfer the workpermit in there name.
My tech domain is JAVA/J2ee and application security,i have a post graduate in computers.All companies i did projects for were fortune 500 companies.

Would be great if i could get the name of orgs ready or willing to transfer workpemit on there name.
I dont want to go for hsmp right now.So would request info about workpermit transfer and companies hiring in the domain and willing to transfer the workpermit in there name

There is no such thing as WP transfer in the UK.. the new company will have to apply for a new WP for you incase they wish to employ you
