Common sense has finally prevailed.

The ECHR has ruled that the UK acted disproportionately by seizing the earning of undocumented worker.

It drew dinstinction between money gained from criminal proceedings, with that derived from employment undertaken when one is undocumented.

It is about time that common sense prevailed in these cases.

I am pleased with the court ruling i wasnt aware the govt could take your earnings if you had no papers.
