Wrong IHS fee showing

Hi
I am facing a issue in paying IHS fee for my visa
I am applying for skilled worker visa for 1 year my work dates are starting date:- 1st November 2024 Work end date is :- 31oct 2025
Which Is 1 year and the IHS fee should be £1035
But am getting IHS fee £1552.50
Which is too much.
I don't know what's the error kindly help me

What dates are you giving in calculator?

Seems to be 1 year + 6 months.

I gave the dates mentioned in my cos
Start dates 01 November 2024
Work end date : 31 October 2025

Should I wait few more days before applying?

Have you got refund for Ihs and visa fee? or have you submitted refund request for that? if yes then how?

I got the same problem and I figure it out.

Ihs fees are calculated based on Work Start date, end date and your travel date.
so you just need to do changes in travel date to decrease your ihs.

Recently, there is changes in system that's why it is showing very high ihs, but i suggest you to set travel date 16 october in your case. so that will be 15 days minus to your start date.

I think that will help you.

Yes I was facing the IHS fee problem.. Because there was a issue with uk Website the IHS fee were coming too much Ukvi changed their system that's why everyone was getting this problem.
So I waited few days and on 2nd Oct i checked and fee was coming £1035 they corrected the Bug of extra fee... It took them a week to solve this problem....

2) If you have paid them £1550.50 fees of IHS Then am not sure that they will refund that extra amount you paid no body can tell about this..
