Wrong Tier 4 Visa

Hi Guys, A friend of mine who was recently issued a Tier visa outside UK to study MBA in a public funded University was issued with a Tier 4 visa with work prohibited. I know that this was an error made by the ECO. Does anyone knows how this error can be corrected? Can she apply for National insurance with this work prohibited visa while she sort out this blatant error?

The relevant embassy/consulate must be contacted immediately and request to correct this major error on urgent basis.

Thanks sheraz7, can she apply for NI while she sort out this problem?

she should get this error be corrected before flying because without having right of work the NI number cannot be issued.
