WRS abolished!still need registration certificate for TR?

Post by adnan01 » Sun May 22, 2011 5:17 pm

HI,

I WANT TO FIND OUT, THAT RECENTLY WORKING REGISTRATION SCHEME FOR A8 NATIONALS HAS BEEN ABOLISHED. This means any A8 national do not need to register under working registration scheme (WRS) when they start work.

Do you still need to get registration ceritificate as a worker to exercise treaty rights? or as soon as you start work then that's good enough.

Also I want to find out that if somone is exercising treaty rights as a student and have registration certificate as a student. Then if you start working while exercising treaty rights as a student, so you need to get registration certificate again this time as a worker??? or Registration certificate is issued once and when you work it automatically give you same rights as other EU worker???

Looking forward for interesting comments!!!!!
Thanks
Adnan
