2 year absence in the U.K

Post by maricar » Fri Jan 11, 2019 6:31 pm

Hello everyone hope u r all well.I have been granted entry clearance to d UK July 2016 up to March 2019 but I came home to the Philippines for 2yrs. and gave birth there cos I had a high risk pregnancy.Upon return to the UK this Oct.2018,having 5 months remaining until my visa expires,I called the Home Office and I was told to apply for extension since I’m already in the UK and to call them back again February. My question is,since I wasn’t able to spend my first 30 months here what documents do we need to send?Wld they b documents for entry clearance/initial leave to remain or documents for extension/flr?should they be all new and not d old documents from 2016 cos our financial requirement has changed now, from meeting d £18,600 minimum requirement thru hubby’s employment to receipt of carer’s allowance/adequate maintenance now?Can I collate documents as early as December? How old do my documents have to be?Also if my brp expires March 29,2019 how early can we book an appointment for d premium service? Is my case not too complex to avail of d premium service to begin with? Can I take the B1 English test instead of the A1?Thank you all so much in advance for helping us out and sorry I do have lots of questions😩.
