10 year application and letter from employer.

Post by Biggie » Fri Jun 15, 2007 7:00 pm

Hello people,

Is it a requirement for a 10 year long stay applicant who first came here as a student and then got a work permit to include a letter from the employer confirming employment and continuing employment when applying for ILR?

As the basis of the ILR application is on the long stay rule and not work permit could the letter not be included.

Your comments will be greatly appreciated.

Biggie.

No, for 10 year long stay all you need is evidence of the 10 year stay. You don't need any bank details or all the other stuff you submitted for limited leave to remain.
