7 year concession

i came to uk in2008,i overstay my visa, i met an asylum seeker who have two children before i met her,after we meet we have two more kid.her first kid was 6year when she was refuse asylum.she sent freshclaim on january 2015 and in the fresh claim she including me as her patner,her first daughter was now 8yrs,she also apply for me to be with them in nass accommodation with them.all this children was born in uk.

my question is ----is there any prosper of this application as we havent hear from Home office since.i will be waiting urgently for your reply many thanks
