2+ year FLR(m) due to expire - whatnow?

Post by mishfitt » Thu Jan 15, 2015 9:15 pm

I apologise profusely if this has been brought up before but all i can seem to find is messy or conflicting info...

Got my FLR(m) spouse visa in March 2013 it expires end of August this year. Not sure what I do next? is there a second stage FLR(M)? i know ILR is only after 5 years.
any help or links would be appreciated as its giving me a headache!

:)

You will need to extend the spouse visa for another 2.5 years using form FLR(M).

Then after a total of 5 years, you can apply for ILR using SET(M).
