5 year residence permit of spain can work in all EU ?

my friend ve got 5 year residence permit in spain.
he is just wanting to know can he work only in spain or can work any where in EU countries ?

You can only work in Spain, but can travel within the EU Member states freely,except Ireland and United Kingdom.

So, travel only is okay within the Schengen/EFTA area but what about return travel into another member state from outside the Schengen area? Can a Spanish EEA residence permit holder fly from Morocco to France?

yes bro if u have 5 years parmanent residence u can work in whole eea stats just uk n ireland r asking visa,,,if ur friend have 5 year card on the behalf of his wife in tht case he can work in uk n ireland aslo but with eea fp
