2 year rule for Dependent ILR

Post by nadeemshafiq » Mon Mar 14, 2011 12:57 pm

My wife is on Tier 1 depdent from March 2010. She came to this country as HSMP dependent in February 2010.

Is she eligible for ILR (because she came into this country as HSMP dependent and not Tier 1 dependent) or you think she will have to wait for 2 years since first entry?

Thanks a lot.

ps: i have posted my details earlier and thank you to the members who responsed as it cleared few queries. I want to check if my wife is eligible for ILR as she entered in the coutry as HSMP dependent and not as Tier 1 General dependent so therefore 2 year rule might no apply.
