10 Year Uk visitor visa for my parents

Hello,
I am planning to get a 10 year UK visitor visa for my parents.
They have visited me 3 times in the past on 6 month visitor visa every time.

Please help me with the below queries:
1. If I mention the possible travel date of Jan 2024 in the application and for some reason they could not travel in 2024 at all, will that cause any issues ?
2. Do I need to show cash in my account (being sponsor) for all 10 years at the time of application or else how much will be sufficient ?
3. How much cash my parents need to show in their Bank accounts ?

Please help.

An over view of you and parent's circumstances will be gleaned from the information and supporting documents you present.
3. How much cash my parents need to show in their Bank accounts ?

As they have successfully applied before, presume you understand it goes beyond account balance and there is no stated amount to be kept in their account.

I would not expect your parents to be granted a 10 year visa, apply and hope for the best but expect a lesser number of years to be granted.
