Is 4 years and 11 months enough to apply for ILR?

Post by rajaram20 » Sun Dec 11, 2011 8:00 pm

My initial Tier 1 was valid from 21st November 2008 to 20th November 2011 and extension is valid until 16th November 2013. Is the 4 days short for 5 years validity is a problem?

Thanks

There shouldn't be any problem. Just apply normally.

You can pply 28 days before your visa expires.
The question is... to be or not to be....
