20 years long residence! Help!!!!

Hello everyone... Pls need an advice. And kind will be welcome
My story...
Came to uk june 1995. Sought asylum july, asylum refused 1997 because I haven't got enough evidence. Went for appeal, appeal dismissed and was told to return to where I came from. Then went underground. Went to see a solicitor explain my situation. Then solicitor wrote to HO to reconsidration.. Didn't here anytin from HO until 2012 saying they will contact me in due course.. After that nothing until 2013 again saying I need to go report, so start reporting. Dec 2014 caseworker sent a letter for more evidence then send everything he or she ask for.. Then refused after 2weeks saying my partner is not British citizen blah blah blah..
My question now is got appeal next month.. And I will be 20 years long residence in June. So am really confuse of what do! Pls help any kind of advice will be welcome.

u only need 4 more months to qualify for 20 years,after ur appeal its will take around one month to get appeal decision ,if appeal allow then fine otherwise u can apply for permission to appeal to ist tier tribunal,even if there is no error of law just to buy time,and if ist tier give u or refuse permission it will take more then a month,and then apply to upper tribunal for permission ,it will take near 2 or 3 month ,u can for sure get more then 4 months

Hello everyone! Need an advice pls.. And I dont mind any kind pls!
My solicitor ask me to withdraw the asylum and reason is because I haven't got more evidence to prove that am at risk.. And too when can I apply for the 20 years long resident? Pls pls need ur advice pls. Thks in advance!
