Years needs to stay in UK to apply PR

HI all,

I got 2 years HSMP visa initially and got the extention of 3 years;

but after completion of 5 years HSMP VISA, I will be completing only 4 years + 9 months in UK;
Because I came to UK bit delayed;

Do you think I can apply for UK PR (with 4years+9months)or do you think I need to get another extention to fullfill the duration stayed 5 years before applying PR;

Exactly how long was the delay in your entry? Was it longer than 3 months? Please say the date the visa was issued and the date you eventually arrived.

I got the HSMP visa on may 28th , 2008
I arrived uk on August 22nd, 2008

Do you think it will be an issue when applying for PR;
