10 years residency

Post by Bumi30 » Mon Jun 09, 2014 8:35 pm

My last visa was a spousal visa, being that we are no more together I had to filled for a different visa status. My initial visa expires May 1st and I left the uk same day even though the divorce case is still ongoing in a court in uk but to avoid overstaying I left. I am now applying for a student visa back in my country and will obviously not spend 6 months home but the question here is that is the chain for long residency broken because I left same day my visa is to expire and also because I came back home to renew my visa. I am actually looking at applying for my ILR towards the end of my new degree
