5 Years Workpermit to ILR

Hello friends,
I am a wp holder and have been on wp visa since dec'05 with the same employer. Not sure If i can apply for ILR as i have an issue.

i have 5 years p60s. But i could not work 5 days a week and could work only 4 days a week due to the child minding..
so my salary doesn't match the amount that my work permit approval letter shows...

obvisuly my p60s would also show less amount...

i am not sure, can i apply for ILR with this issue ?
