I wanted to thank everybody encouraged me to apply for Citizenship especially John. A part of my qualifying period was very frustrating .And I will give summary of my application, as it might be useful for the others:
I arrived in UK on visitor visa for six-month period in July 2004, I got married and applied for spouse visa before my visitor visa run out, and this application was refused with a right of appeal within 10 working days. Submitted my appeal within time .Appeal Hearing took place on March 2006, my appeal was dismissed on April 2006 with right of appeal to the High Court within 5 business days, I left the UK voluntarily before the 5 business days run out, I applied in my country of origin for spouse visa granted for 2 years came back on June 2006, got my ILR on July 2008, Applied for BC on August2008.
My advice to everybody to read the nationality act before applying, make sure you have legal references to rely on in case something went wrong.
Best of luck to everybody, it has been long journey. And please keep continuing the good work.
Thank You

Sorry, unless I'm missing something here, how did your visitors visa count towards you getting citizenship? You arrived on an initial 2 year spousal visa & after those two years you got ILR for a year then citizenshp. That's a total of 3 years which is standard for spouses of British citizens or ILR holders. Even someone who didn't initially have a visitors visa but was the spouse of a settled person would have been naturalised in the same time frame, so, how exactly did the visitor visa count?

I came as visitor , I got married while I am visitor , I applied for spouse visa, spouse visa refused because i could not switch my visiotr visa to spouse,I lodged an appeal resulted that my vistor visa had been automaticly extended until the hearing decision "3C " (from February 2005-April 2006), my appeal had been dismissed, I went back to my country, I got my spouse visa 2 years(June 2006 to June 2008) , Applied ILR on June 08, Ilr Granted on August 08, August o8 I applied for BC,. If you went 3 years back you will find the August 05 was extended visitor visa while my appeal is pending. I hope I explained this time better.

Thanks katatonia. It was my mistake. Totally misread your dates. Your info is very useful. Congrats on your successful naturalisation.
