zambrano ruling

I would like to find out what I need to do if am to write the home office a cover letter about d implementation of zambrano and how the lack of it is affecting fathers like me with their children needing a better standard of living as any other.

i dont't know if i am correct, the best thing is to write to your MP and explain your situation www.writetothem.com and follow the instructions. your Mp will contact the ukba on your behalf and they tend to respond faster in that way. i know how you feel man its so frustrating and its like they want you to give up and go back to your county of origin.

There's no point writing to your mp unless you actually have an outstanding application.

Sticking to one post might also help.
