I called them yesterday and was told that a letter was posted on the 20th Feb and this morning I received both HO and Council letters.
I am sooo relieved...big thanks to all forum members for posting updates and stats. Best forum I have ever come across so far.

Date of acknowledgment: 27th Jan (letter dated 23th Jan)
Date of debit or clearance of fees: 27/01/2014 - account balance dropped by £874.
Date approval received: 22/02/2014 dated 17/02/2014.
Date of ceremony: TBA

Called HO on 08706067766 before receiving the letter. I found the staff is quite helpful and they will tell you if you application is in process or has been completed, and roughly when you should get the letter. As myself, if you are paranoid on your application, then maybe calling them is a good option.

10/02/2014 Letter received (dated 6/02/2014) from HO. Request to provide originals of KOLL requirements despite the fact that all documents were submitted through NCS.
Documents sent on 11/02/2014 Special Delivery (SD return envelope included)
Date approval received: 22/02/2014 (dated 20/02/2014) - returned my language certificate CAE but not my LITUK certificate
Date of ceremony: waiting for an invitation letter to arrive from my council

Many Congrats britishcitizen. How do you know that you were approved if you havent received your approval? Did you phone and were told that the decision was sent out? Did they actually say that you were approved or they just said a decision was sent out? Many thanks for your response.

I wouldnt advice to stick to what HO says if contacted, they said I should receive something in around 2 weeks, but was posted the same day I contacted. Pretty quick for 2nd class which may be unusual.

Hi HEA, I've called 08706067766 and I went to option 2.
I did used option 3 once but got the standard response.
Option 2 is a longer wait on the phone, but I think they provide a more accurate updates.
