List of design-related companies offering Tier 2 sponsorship

Can anyone advise me on where I can obtain a list of design-related companies offering Tier 2 sponsorship? I am doing this to help someone find a job after their university degree in the UK.

So far all design related companies Ive managed to find are small in size and wont offer sponsorship for international students.

Your friend will need to look on the Approved list of Tier 2 Sponsors (click) to find a company.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
