Post by Ragbir » Mon Oct 17, 2016 10:05 pm

Hi
I applied for an extension under Flro as domestic worker on end of June 2016 as I am about to complete my 5yrs in September 2016 I can apply for settlement but it's been 12 weeks on my Flro only payment and biometric has been done after that no response it took 8weeks i.e 7th Sep 2016 for the payment to go out of the account as payment card details was wrong.. This is the first time it took that long any idea why it's taking too long..

The payment card details being wrong may have slowed things down. Hope that it's sorted.

If you have completed your 5 years and satisfy KOLL, etc, then vary your FLR(O) to SET(O).

You cannot apply for ILR if you do not have LIUK and English B1 tests.
