Hi,
Curious to know if court refund the money. As per my knowledge court doesn’t refund and home Office doesn’t want judge to order them to compensate you with legal cost that is why they issue decision before hearing. But let’s wait for expertise to answer your query.
When was your hearing due in court.

No refund would be made. For just asking a refund of £140 you might have to pay a lot to recover it so just enjoy the visa and do little overtime to compensate yourself.
