28 days confusion of ILR

Hi

I have granted PBS Depedent visa on 20th of Nov 2012and came to UK on 23rd of Nov 2012. I am eligible fir ILR on 5 years route from 20th Nov 2017.

My visa is expiring on 22nd of Oct 2017. Only 2-3 days before i will be eligible for ILR. What is the way to apply for ILR? Can i apply after my visa gets expired? Is this will count as overstayed or not?

I think according to 28days i can apply from 23rd of Oct bt visa is expiring on 22nd of Oct. So confusing and stressed.

Does your partner already gave ILR?

You must apply before your visa expires or apply for an extension.
