Very Urgent/Maintenance funds about FD

Hi ,

I am applying Visa for myself and my dependent as Tier 4 and Tier 4 dependent problem is

I maintained funds required(17 lakhs) in three accounts 2- Savings accounts(13 lakhs),1- Fixed deposit (5 lakhs)

while closing dates of my 2 savings accounts are

11th July to 13th Aug, where I withdrawn the money on 14th of August from both the accounts for other purpose (nearly 8 lakhs).

I deposited amount as fixed deposit on date 17th july which is exactly 28 days by 13th august including date of deposit I took statement today(20th aug) stating that money deposited on 17 th jul and maintained more dn 28 days and can be withdrawn any time ,but Bank manager advised me that money will be counted after the date of deposit like from next day

My problem is where can i get exact information ,I have got money in savings account only still end of 13th august

will fixed deposit and saving account statements will be verified with same closing dates??

will date of deposit for fixed deposit will not be considered ?? than closing dateS will be from 18th july to 13th aug where it will be only 27 days and after 13th there will be less money in savings account

can anybody suggest me please
