Yes you will be able to divorce and possibly retain your right of residence.

What is the reason for your worries in regards to your daughter?

You will need to apply for a retained right of residence.

You will need a lot of evidence, but the divorce will be first, and arrangement for child after divorce, will be the first matter to resolve.
