Post by msarwar » Sat Mar 28, 2015 8:26 am

Hi,

My wife's came to UK on 26-March-2013 on Tier1 Dependent visa which recently got extended.
She currently holds a valid visa till 24-March-2018

My query is:

Can my wife apply for her ILR based on above?

What exactly is the 28 days rule?

Looking forward for your prompt guidence as usual

Based on the above, she may apply for SET(O) from 28 days prior to 26 March 2018, assuming that you are also applying for, or were granted, ILR as a PBS migrant.
