Post by sajid khan » Tue Mar 10, 2015 6:31 pm

Hi Folks,

I am Irish Citizen and apply my wife visa from Pakistan nearly 8 weeks ago through Gerry's..still waiting for decision.
It's anybody know how long it's take to get decision from Pakistan in these days (Irish Spouse Visa)?
I would much appreciate if you answer my this question.

Regards,
Sajid

It can take up to 6 months for the spouse visa of Irish citizen. You can also check with your local Irish embassy as well. See the visa processing times link below:

Thanks Calvin,i am checking the DOJ website and they mention their you will get decision (join family visa) in 8 weeks..check below

The Dublin Visa Office endeavours to deal with all visa applications as quickly as possible.

With the exception of join family visa applications you can generally expect a decision within 8 weeks from the date on which your application is lodged at the Visa Office/ Embassy/ Consulate and in many instances before then. However, processing times can vary throughout the year due, for example, to high volume periods. You are advised NOT to pay for airline or other travel tickets in advance of a decision on your visa application.

what you think about this?
Thanks
