10 Yeat Long Residence visa gap

Hello Guys,
I am finishing my 10 year in September but worried about my visa gap.
I went to my home country from 08/01/10 to 30/03/10 but I had a valid visa until 31/01/10.
So I was without valid visa in my home country until the visa granted on 22/03/10. I had a gap of almost two months. Can I apply on 10 year basis or not?

Should be ok. Provided there was no further 3 months absence in that year.

Yes.

The rules say you must leave the UK with valid leave, and you must enter the UK with valid leave. The gap between leaving and re-entering should not exceed 180 days.
