They finally took the payment for the non-EEA national.

This is our timeline right now: EEA(QP) and EEA(FM) sent together
Application sent: 22 Jan 2016
Application received: 25 Jan 2016
1st payment taken: 27 Jan 2016
Email to the EEA-national: 16 Feb 2016
2nd payment taken: 7 Mar 2016

We are now waiting for the biometrics letter and the COA.

24/8/2015 COA-NO-RIGHT TO WORK - 27/8/2015 Received
24/8/2015 Biometric - Received 27/8/2015 - Enrolled 27/8/2015

Yesterday completed 7 months I sent my app. I called for an update and answer was: "Continue waiting"!

My timeline is as follow.

Non E.U married to an E.U

Made the application which Home Office receive on the 8/10/2015

Fee taken on the 12/10/2015

Biometric prints done 22/10/2015 and sent off same day

C.O.A received on the 09/11/2015 with the rigth to work

Now today it is exactly 5 months and am still waiting for the R.C.

I was told that the dates starts counting from the day the fee is been taken, so mine was taken on the 12th so today makes it 5 months. It is so time consuming and nerves rocking, every ring the door bell rings am hoping it's the postman becuase my job is on the firing line and Iv'e got bills to pay.

Biometrics letter recevied: 11 Mar 2016 (2nd letter stating I failed to register within 15 days of the date on the 1st letter, which was actually never received.)

Guys finally got my RC card today after 7 months waiting!!

EEA-EFM Unmarried Partners

10/8/2015 - App sent
14/8/2015 - App received
15/8/2015 - Fee taken
24/8/2015 - COA-NO-RIGHT TO WORK - 27/8/2015 Received
24/8/2015 - Biometric - Received 27/8/2015 - Enrolled 27/8/2015
>>> 6 months later
29/2/2015 - Called the HO asked for a status update - no reply!
04/3/2016 - Called againg to the HO and asked for an update
08/3/2016 - Received a call from HO with an "update" saying just 'continue waiting' no further info!!

10/3/2016 - Residence Card issued (HO Bristol Office)
14/3/2016 - Residence Card received in my Home

It was a big surprise, because I didn't received any letter from the HO saying a decision has been made and I didn't receive my supporting documents back yet

The RC came as a card with a chip on the back.

Biometrics letter: 14 Mar 2016 (issued 9 Mar 2016), enrolled on 14 Mar 2016

I know there are a lot of people waiting for their biometrics letter, so hopefully this gives you all some hope that it does eventually come.

Just got a call from the case worker on regarding my RC application.
My wait is over,Card has been issued and will be delivered during the week.
I have requested a reconsider request.When HO called my wife's employer they left a incorrect number for a call back.We manage to get correct number via our MP.
Now its time to plan a long holiday been a very stressful couple of weeks.

Hi. I'm new to this page. I have been reading forum. I send my husbands application for eea2 and my QP 4 weeks ago. I'm polish and he is serbian. I will post timeliness after when I get home from work. I was also wondering why we didn't received any confirmation letter or biometrics. I phone HO week ago and they told me that they are not sending any confirmation letter and that biometrics letter can take up to 6 weeks.

Application type: EEA FM as an EU QP citizen's spouse.

Application sent: 28.01.16
Application received: 29.01.16
Biometrics letter received: 17.02.16 (Dated:12.02.16)
Biometrics enrolled: 19.02.16
CoA w/ working permit received: 02.03.16 (Dated:28.02.16 which is Sunday, isn't it weird?)

Fingers crossed for all of those who's waiting for the results desperately!

Refusal letter: - 21.03.16 (5 months) - HO didn´t accept some copies of documents (Health Care coverage that I had only digital...). Sending another one tomorrow, starting all over again...

EVJanes are you referring to the CSI? So you have been refused because the CSI you provided is not Original? Won't they Consider if you send an additional Copy? Why Would they just refuse the entire application?
