Family income supplement affect Irish citizenship?

My husband is Irish citizenship and I have stamp 4 through marriage. I am a homemaker and we have a 3 months baby. My husband has 350e weekly pay from work and we would like to apply family income supplement. Will that affect my Irish citizenship application for the future? I heard that social welfare could affect the application of Irish citizenship. We are living in my mother's apartment and we do not need to pay rent. Do we still qualify for family income supplement?
