Home office - contact email address

Post by suresh505 » Tue Oct 11, 2016 7:40 am

I'm having a few questions regarding child benefits and I'm planning to email Home office. Could anyone please let me know the email address?

Thanks

Home Office doesn't deal with Child Benefits so you will wait a long time for a response if you even get one.

What are you queries?

It is the same question that has been discussed multiple times here - I just thought I would get an email confirmation from home office so that I can use it as proof of reference.

I have just been granted ILR recently. My wife and daughter are both in Tier-1 General dependent visa. I wanted a confirmation that I can claim child benefit for my daughter (in my name) and that it will not jeopardize her ILR application.

You can claim for her, ti will not affect her ILR. YOU are claiming NOT your daughter.
