FLR(M). Her clock was reset to zero after she applied for the spouse visa and she needs 5 years on a spouse visa to qualify for ILR.

On what date did she apply for her current spouse visa?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

In which case 2020.

To the best of my knowledge this Rule hasn't been challenged through the Courts.
(Casa, not CR001)
