Naturalisation & Registeration for Child as BC

Post by Ani82 » Thu Apr 06, 2017 8:23 pm

Dear Members & Moderators...

Can I get an advice on following please.

I have just received my PR being an EEA citizen with Aquired Date of PR - 06/04/2012.
Doesn't that mean , I can apply for naturalisation straight away ?? if I meet the remaining criteria such as LIUK rest and ESOL and Good Character.

And I have child born in 2011 , Can I register him as a BC??

Any advice and help will be appreciated.

Regards
Ani

Doesn't that mean , I can apply for naturalisation straight away ?? Yes you can. Do you have a letter stating 2012 as acquiring PR?

if I meet the remaining criteria such as LIUK rest and ESOL and Good Character. Be careful, ESOL is no longer accepted.

And I have child born in 2011 , Can I register him as a BC?? Where was child born?

Any advice and help will be appreciated.

Dear CR001...
You always there for the prompt reply and I really appreciate your time...

Yes , Letter states that Based on the information you have provided with your application , the date on which you deemed to have acquired PR in UK is 06//04/2012.

So What english course I have to do ?, as I dont have no degree.

Child was born in 2011 in UK.

Subject to the date being correct and you satisfying all the naturalisation requirements, I agree with CR001.

Thanks again Vinny...

I do understand the rest of criteria but that was the date on the letter from Home Office with my PR card. How can I make sure that the date they have stated is correct??

When did you first reside in the UK under the EEA regulations? From 2007?
