ILR for SPOUSE

Hi All,

I will be elgible(5 years) to apply ILR on 20th-Feb-2011. My wife will complete 2 years in uk with me on 16th-Feb-2011. She has Tier-1 dependent vis now. In her 2 years stay in UK, she was away from UK for 3+ months in a single trip in 2009. Also she was away from UK for 2+ months in 2010.
Is my wife eligible to apply for ILR with me in same form in feb 2011, please ?
