new born baby and us immigration

is it true that if a baby born in us they give him immigration regardless the status of parents?

Yes

Baby will be a US citizen, if subject to US jurisdiction (e.g. child of foreign diplomat is excluded).

Yes.., if baby gets born in America then baby automatically gets american citizen even though parents belongs from anywhere.

My cousin sister born in state and she has american citizenship and passport.
