You have set up an eVisa account. That is what you will use from now on to prove your status. Keep your BRP card for your records bit it will no longer be needed to prove your immigration status.

Your naturalisation app is not an immigration application and will not impact your partents' visa application. Totally different processes. ILR card is just evidence of your status, again no issue or need to renew for naturalisation.
