No as a rule, as you will have a copy on hand, therefore they cannot check whether the page/part you are relying is genuine.

Also, with PEO application the case must be a really straightforward one, otherwise they will suggest applying by post.

Hello, That is very strange refusal. Under 10 year long residence rule a persona is considered to be CONTINUOUSLY resident in the UK if she/he is not absent from the UK for more then 6 MONTHS in one go. In your case your 1 month could well be a holiday period. Anyway, good luck with your appeal ...

I would not be so optimistic.

I have been to the court and saw very strong cases lost.

I would probably offer you free professional representation, should I learn about your appeal earlier.

Good luck anyway.

I am not sure if eveyone mentioned it... In the VSBI statement it says that "Judicial Review application "is to be put before a judge on the papers". That means that there will be no barrister in the court talking to the judges. The case will be heard silently. The Judge will just open the bundle ...

Based on the new EEA Directive from the 30th April 2006 EU countries must allow an EEA national and his non-EEA spouse visa-free for the period of 3 months, provided the parties hold valid passports and present a valid marriage certificate. If I am not mistaken, that is mentioned in the Immigration ...

Sorry about that.

You can only go to a private GP while on that TEMPORARY fiancee's visa.

You will be eligible for free NHS treatment as soon as you get married and have you 2 year spouse visa.

NHS nornally bars those with short (6 months or less) visas.

No, you do not have to provide a letter of sponsorship. That referes to the cases when neither of the parties (husband and wife) are able to support each other without recourse to public funds, so the 3rd party may offer some short term support

Hello,

HSMP is NOT an immigration decision udner IA 1971, so she was NOT refused a visa.

Now, unless she WAS removed from the UK or there was a letter directing her to LEAVE the UK as illeagl entrant/overstayer, she, again, must put NO in the answer box.

- NO
- NO
