Full time employee becomes part timer

Dear All,
My visa due for extension in few months, two employees currently been working full-time for more than 15months, one of them found a better job & becomes part timer working 16 hours a week, so do I still have to recruit one more staff least part time to fulfill the requirement?

If they worked for more than 24 months for you, the requirement is satisfied

24 months is the min requirement

They both worked full time for mor than a year (15 months), so you have fulfilled the requirement. You're good to apply for extension. Just make sure FPS shows their start date.

To make it clear, I was granted visa for three years in Feb 2014, one started full-time in January 2015 & still been working but other one started working in June 2015 as full-time but leaving now (i.e October) as he found a better opportunity. So when I extend in Feb 2017 can apply showing one full-time employee at present !

Ok so Employee 1 worked for 22 months and Employee 2 worked full time for 17 months, combined that's 39 months. You've fulfilled the requirement.
