Congratulations!! Well done..
Can you please tell me how long did you had 14 employees working for? I am guessing you didnt hire them all in one time. When did you start this all process? Also nature of your business if you dont mind?

Congratulations.
Please advise about your 14 F/T employees schedule including when were they hired. Also, If I employ 4 full time employees for 3 years, will this be considered as 12 employees of 1 year each for the accelerated route?

I am paying minimum wages to my employees and 2 of them are working from home. My accountant said to me that I dont need to register for VAT at the moment. Can you please share your thoughts what I need to do please, My Visa is going to expire jan 2016. Looking forward.

You said you tried to expedite it can you tell me more please? I understand you had not sent in any proofs but had you told them in any way or form that you plan on expediting it?If you don't mind telling then if you had told them, then on what grounds were you going to expedite it? Hope everything and everyone is okay.

you are qualify for accelerated route to ILR with 4 full time employees for 3 years as their hours(18720) will even exceed required hours. pls note only 30 hours per week will be count for each of them not more.

hi
my friend, 180 days is general rule, even for extension you should not spend more than 180 days out of UK.
However you can double think with yourself and find good reason for your overstay out of UK   . you need to clearly mention that in your covering letter & additional information. Hopefully if its valid reason there shouldn't be any problem as its only one week and can be discounted.

let me know if hv any other question .

Can you please tell me what employee documents did you submit for each employee please?
Do they have to be UK citizens?

List of documents that u need to submit is mentioned in policy guidance under the section "what documents we require", they need to be UK settle workers . Again "list of UK settle workers" clearly mentioned in policy guidance .

Honestly have you ever read policy guidance ?

10 full time job for at least 12 month , full time = 30 hrs per week , any hours more than 30hrs p/w would not count .
