IS ANY ONE GOT RIGHT TO APPEAL IN UT?

Hi Guys

Just wanted to know if any one got right to appeal for UT? How much time they take to reply? Actually my first hearing has been refused and I have applied for right to Appeal to UT on 8/12/2014.

i also apply for ut i received acknowledgement 4receipt but waiting for permission to be granted or not .

My appeal was refused in the FTT and I applied in the UTT for the permission to appeal. I have received the acknowledgement letter after a week but still waiting for the answer.

My appeal was dismissed at the FtT in April 2014.

Applied for permission to appealed to the UT: May 2014
Permission allowed: June 2014
Appeal heard at the UT and FtT's decision was set aside on the same day: July 2014
Further hearing to remake the decision at the UT: September 2014
Appeal allowed: October 2014
Passport and biometric visa card received: December 2014

The HO did not apply for permission to appeal against the decision to the UT / Court of Appeal. I was informally told by the HO lawyer, during the Upper Tribunal hearing in July 2014, that they normally don't appeal against any UT's decisions.

i apply for upper tribunal appeal the acknowledgement letter received on 18th december 2014 still waiting the decision .

I sent permission for appeal to FTT on 17th and still waiting for acknowledgement letter.can you guys pls update your status ; we all can have idea of waiting time and nature of appeal process.

3 week before I received acknowledgement letter from FTT that they received my application for permission to appeal in Upper Tribunal .But no further corespondent from them.usually How long they take for further respond ? I don't know they accept my permission or refuse.what should I do ?
