Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension in March 2016

Letter from Immigration Enforcement Tier 1 Extension

Hi All

i applied for my tier 1 extension back in March 2016 and had my interview in July . had no response from UKVI so far. My solicitor send a letter this week asking for an update.

Today i received a letter to my business from Immigration Enforcement , they say that i do not have right to work it the UK and the business should remove me immediately. I am the only director in my business and i take a monthly wage on PAYE. i am no sure why they send this letter.

Any one else got similar letter ?

It looks like they may have refused your application?

I doubt that you have been refused a visa. Several members on the forum have reported that they received the same letter.
This seems to be a regular automated check that UKVI is doing on people registered with PAYE and cross check it with their immigration status. It seems that it does not account for the section 3C rules and the fact that you rights are intact while your application is being processed.

As the same situation , I totally understand your feeling .It is terrible that you just received the letter without the decision from home office. I am not expert , who can explain please ?

No response since my interview happened 28th July ? How did you interview ?
